It was an honour to be recognised in the recent 2023 Sleaford Town Council Awards at the Town Hall with the club taking home the Sports Club of the Year of the award.
The Deputy Mayor of Sleaford, Councillor David Suiter, presented the award to the club sighting the 1st XI achievements, winning the Winkworth T20 shield and finishing Runners Up in the Lincolnshire ECB Premier League. He also remarked on our continue growth of the Women and Girls’ game and commended us on our work in junior cricket, particular ECB National Programmes.
Ben Lambert, Vice-Chair said “it was an honour to be recognised for all the hard work that goes on at the club. Thank you to all the volunteers that contribute to the running of the club, without whom awards like this wouldn’t happen”.
