Sleaford Cricket Club has a rich history of playing at the top of Lincolnshire Club cricket for many decades. Once a strong force in the South Lincs and Border league for many years, the first team, sponsored by Baker Plant Hire, now play in the Lincolnshire ECB Premier League since its inception during the early 2000’s.
A special year in 2013 saw the club crowned Premier League champions with a last weekend victory at Grimsby, with leaders at the time, Woodhall Spa going down at Market Deeping. That year was the first year overseas player, Tim McIntosh, represented the club.

Our Saturday 2nd XI and 3rd XI play in the South Lincs & Border league. The 2nd XI were crown SLBL Premier League champions in 2018 under the stewardship of Ben Bulmer.
The club recently reintroduced a 3rd XI on a Saturday to ensure our promising youngsters have a pathway into senior cricket. Our home games are shared between London Road and Ancaster CC.
On a Sunday, both first XI and second XI teams play in the Lincoln & District league.
